Karate insecticide is a wide spectrum insecticide containing lambda-cyhalothrin which is highly active against a wide range of insect pests of cotton and other crops.

A highly effective product and has the capability of controlling several crop pests in one spray with knockout properties. Karate is formulated with the active ingredient LAMBDA CYHALOTHRIN its novel granular formulation pours like a liquid therefore easy to handle. Has a high efficacy low rates-very low residue. After feeding on a Karate treated plant or crawling over a treated leaf, the pest is first paralyzed and then quickly dies. With broad-spectrum capabilities, it is used worldwide on cotton and vegetable fields and is also considered a cost-effective solution for farmers.

Active ingredient: Lambda-cyhalothrin 5 % EC

Mode of action: Contact and Ingestion

Targeted Pests: Bitting, chewing and sucking insects including grasshoppers, locusts, army worm, bollworms, aphids, jassids, stainers, plant bugs, aphids, leafworms, boring caterpillars, leafminers, flies, borer, bugs, thrips, beetles and more.

Karate 5EC insecticide can eliminate or reduce the acaricidal sprays needed in the season if applied regularly, especially using high volume ground sprays.

Crops: cotton, bean, fruit, maize, sorghum, soybeans, wheat, barley and other vegetables.

Dosage: 1.5 – 2.0mL/litre of water.

Dilute insecticide with clean water, spray using any conventional equipment in good condition to give a medium quality spray.

Start spraying cotton 10 weeks after planting or at first flowering and repeat every 10 days. For other crops, repeat spraying depending on insect pressure
