When to Harvest Cassava
Cassava grows to a height of 3-4 meters. The first tubers can be dug out after 9-12 months. Tubers can be left in the ground for two years but may become woody. The tubers are ready when the leaves begin to yellow and fall, after the stem has branched but before seeds are produced.
