Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).


Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used farm inputs (seeds, chemicals, fertilizers)

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Certain products (e.g., greenhouse structures, irrigation pumps, equipment) may come with manufacturer or structural warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Poor installation by third parties

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage due to extreme weather beyond structural specification

Warranty details vary by product category and will be stated on the product page

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
