Farmsquare does not publish fixed wholesale prices online — pricing depends on the product, quantity, and delivery location. Once you submit your order enquiry below, one of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours with a proforma invoice.

  • Minimum order: ₦500,000 total (mixed products allowed)
  • Payment: Full payment before delivery, or 60% deposit for orders above ₦2,000,000
  • Delivery: Nationwide. We use verified logistics partners for all states. Delivery timelines discussed at order confirmation.
  • Documentation: Proforma invoices, receipts, and delivery notes provided for all bulk orders

Our minimum bulk order is ₦500,000. Orders below this are processed at standard retail pricing through our online store.

Can I mix different products in one bulk order?

Yes. You can combine seeds, fertilisers, agrochemicals, and equipment in one order as long as the total meets the ₦500,000 minimum.

Do you deliver to all states in Nigeria?

Yes. We deliver to all 36 states and FCT Abuja. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination state. This is included in your proforma invoice.

How long does bulk delivery take?

Typically 3–10 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the products and your location. Day-old chicks have specific delivery windows due to their live nature — this is discussed at order placement.

Do you provide documentation for procurement purposes?

Yes. We provide proforma invoices, official receipts, delivery notes, and can issue invoices on company letterhead for NGOs, government programmes, or corporate procurement requirements.
