Butaforce is a herbicide of the chloroacetanilide class. It is used as a selective pre-emergent herbicide. It is extensively used in the form of granules in rice as post emergence herbicide. It is used for pre-emergence control of annual grasses and some broad-leaved weeds particularly in rice crops. Active Ingredient: Butachlor 50 % EC. Family: Chloroacetanilide.
